I want you to love all of the jewelry pieces that you purchase from me - however, in the event that you find yourself dissatisfied with a piece of my
jewelry, please return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund of purchase price, less shipping charges, if any, or a credit for exchange.
You must email me before you return the piece so that I can give you return shipping information.
Items must be returned in their original, new condition, including gift boxes or jewelry pouches, if included in original shipment.
For return shipment, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance are YOUR responsibility. I strongly advise that you purchase both. Without Insurance, I am not responsible for loss or damage by
the post office, and without Delivery Confirmation, you can not prove that the return was returned to me and not lost in the mail.
(When shipping out my jewelry, I always use Delivery Confirmation, and usually also use Insurance.)
To receive a refund or exchange, I must receive the jewelry in like-new, sellable condition.
